Having an outdoor space today is a luxury, so you should make the most of it with the arrival of good weather.

A little gardening, some nice furniture and well-maintained floors and walls will serve as the basis for creating the perfect environment where you can relax and have a good time with family and friends.

CHANGE YOUR BEDDING

The arrival of spring make us change the wardrobe, store all the quilts and blankets to change them for lighter fabrics that allow us to fall asleep peacefully.

Perfect time to renew bed linen. The idea is to choose cheerful and fresh colors that match with the decoration of the room. You can combine plain fabrics with prints or geometric motifs, just experiment to create a cozy atmosphere.

DECORATING WITH PLANTS AND FLOWERS

Plants have many benefits for our health and the environment, having them at home can for example, improve our mood as well as purify the air and greet our eyes.

There are many species that adapt to interiors and are easy to care for.

About the flowers, we have an infinity to choose from, and we can place them over tables or furniture, bringing small touches of nature to our home.

USE FRESH NEUTRAL COLORS

In addition to changing some accessories of our decoration, we can use the colors.

Although the range of neutrals can be a bit cold during the winter months, they can bring a lot of freshness during the spring and summer.

You can combine them with pastel tones and in the case of furniture, pickled or natural wood. They will create a relaxing and very flattering effect.

UPGRADE TEXTILES

We already talked about bed linen, but the textiles that we use in other rooms can also help us update the decoration.

Cushions, rugs, curtains, blankets, furniture upholstery and even kitchen towels: all of them are candidates for a makeover.

Natural fabrics such as linen, cotton, sabra or silk... we can find them in different presentations, patterns and finishes.

NATURAL TEXTURES

In addition to fabrics, there are other types of textures that are widely used in the manufacture of traditional utensils such as basketry, or in furniture such as rattan.

Incorporating furniture or objects in your decoration with this type of material will create an atmosphere very characteristic of the summer and espring periods.

Shopping or laundry baskets, trays, chairs, benches, lanterns, headboards, cushions, lamps, parasols, coasters, trivets… you'll have plenty to choose from.

CREATE WARM ENVIRONMENTS WITH LANTERNS AND CANDLES

Candles are romantic and mystical at the same time, and are a great way to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Whether you want to illuminate the interior of your house, such as a terrace or garden; lanterns are a good way to do it.

There are many designs, sizes and materials to choose from. As well as uses: you can place them on the ground, hang them as a ceiling and wall lamp or also float on a pool or fountain.

RENEW YOUR KITCHENWARE AND GLASSWARE

One of the easiest ways to update your home with the new season is to renew your kitchenware and glassware.

There are tableware with allegorical designs for each season, and plant and floral motifs are recurrent. You can also find carved glassware in different colours, matching plates, pitchers and mugs.

The mugs, for coffee and tea are another essential that we cannot miss, and we can choose some that are our favorites for this spring.

RUSTIC TOUCHES

Rustic furniture has a traditional charm, and today it is perfectly combinable with other modern and contemporary style furniture.

In fact, an eclectic decoration will always be very interesting if we know how to choose the pieces properly.

Teak furniture, petrified wood, a solid wood bench, or an antique piece of furniture inherited from grandma. You just have to find the right space at home, you'll know when you see it.

BUY ART

Whether you collect or not, there is a whole universe where you can find that special art piece for you.

Paintings, sculptures, ceramics… emerging or established artists; classical or abstract art. From a decorative point of view, it should go according to the style of your space.

But our most important recommendation is that you like the piece and makes you feel good when you look at it. There are many that are inspired by nature, and will make you feel connected to it not only during the spring, but throughout the year.
