CARIBBEAN APARTMENT

A couple of European real estate investors had acquired this apartment in the capital of Cuba, as a resting place during their business trips. And they wanted a modern style renovation. For greater comfort and gain space, I joined the two small rooms to create a suite with bathroom and wardrobe. 

The kitchen is located in an open space next to the living room, and has a bar incorporated that serves as eating and drink area. A spacious living room where to watch tv was essential, so it was given priority in the small space. The terrace was furnished with a sofa where to sit and enjoy the views.
